Main Purpose of the role

Coordination for quotations and sales within aftersales relating to spare parts, spares kits & recommended spares.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Manage frequent phone calls and emails from customers
  2. Prepare/monitor/process sales quotations and orders for spare parts, recommended spares and kits
  3. Monitor and progress all outstanding customer enquiries with purchasing/engineering/production/affiliates/Ishida Japan
  4. Monitor and update outstanding spares orders on the ERP system on a daily basis
  5. Raise and receipt purchase orders to cover spares orders and transport
  6. Liaise with customers on all issues regarding spares
  7. Communicate deadlines and goals
  8. Promote and administrate new iCare website
  9. Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of spare parts
  10. Visit customers if required
  11. Provide quality customer service and effectively handle customer enquiries

What skills are we looking for?

To be successful in the role; you must be fluent in Dutch, you will have excellent administration ability and be forward planning, you must be IT literate and be able to work as part of a highly motivated team.  You will have a positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be able to deliver results whilst meeting customer expectations, be able to adapt and respond to change, whilst deciding and initiating action.
