Main Purpose of the role

The role requires delivering digital marketing communication using various channels and platforms, whilst helping to optimise performance. Responsibilities will also include helping Ishida Europe digitize the business and improve our capabilities in targeting new and existing customers.  Overall management of social media channels and online marketing platforms. Which includes management and maintenance of the Ishida Europe websites.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Ishida Europe websites to deliver optimised performance
  • Manage and deliver digital communication through various channels, including social media and EDMs
  • Support the corporate and regional digital campaigns, deliver performance metrics and advice on content development
  • Work with Ishida-approved agencies to develop high-quality educational digital content to enable the brand to raise awareness
  • Monitor and report key metrics from various digital comms and platforms to steer the development of future investment requirements
  • Develop an improved customer experience through an online customer portal.
  • Manage search engine optimisation (SEO) to maintain Ishida is ranking 1st for key products and sectors in the UK, FR, DE and NL.
  • Improve and management the PPC and Google advertising across UK, FR, DE and NL.
  • Improve engagement levels year on year with digital content and improve the quality of leads through a conversion rate optimisation strategy (CRO)
  • Support the functional team to improve the management of the CRM system
  • Deliver automation by linking the CRM with key marketing platforms
  • Enhance our capability to communicate with various regions and generations by evaluating market trends. Align new investment areas with the overall Marcomms plan
  • Deliver a yearly digital marketing plan with a strategic outline supporting business initiatives
  • Integrate new tools to allow us to measure customer experience through our digital customer-facing platforms.

What skills are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have a marketing degree or equivalent, intermediate to advanced Excel with strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communications skills and great attention to detail.

You will be driven to succeed by meeting deadlines, be an innovative and creative thinker, have previous experience in database marketing, data processing, data manipulation and mining.  You must be able to demonstrate marketing experience either client or agency side.

You will be a personable, responsible team player with the ability to understand and communicate information to a variety of audiences and must be able to work on own initiative
