Main Purpose of the role
To ensure spare parts are available for our customers as and when required in both warehouses. Working with our procurement and warehouse teams to ensure aftersales demand is met and planned in advance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support for our internal and external sales teams with the following:
- Ensure the correct parts and quantities of parts are in each warehouse as and when required.
- Ensure fast track items for IJ spares are actioned for all teams including sales, warranty and kits.
- Generate all parts daily on receipt and availability, inform relevant teams.
- Check revision changes.
- Manage the outstanding order book daily and review overdue orders.
- Daily transfers from IEC to EDC1 and if required EDC1 to IEC.
- Other transfer requests from all departments as required.
- Replenishment of other warehouses for repairs.
- Any replenishment requests from Zendesk.
- Expedite long lead time items with purchasing.
- Manage stock booking with EDC1 team.
- Review dashboard and support fulfilment of stock losses.
What skills are we looking for?
To be successful in the role, you must be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, demonstrate experience in coordination or similar role, have experience with ERP systems for order processing, experience in expediting and excellent analytical skills.
You will be a good team player, able to work to tight deadline's, have good prioritisation skills and have excellent customer service skills and experience.
